IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Can I buy day tickets?

Day tickets are unavailable.

When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets are dispatched 2-3 weeks before the event. If you have not received them by the 13th of August please get in touch at least 1 week before the show.

Why don't you use E-Tickets?

We need all campers to have wristbands and vehicle passes ready and on display for arrival. This makes the entry process much faster and can avoid traffic jams on the highways.

Age restrictions

Camper Calling is a family festival and by purchasing a ticket for an individual under the age of 18 you are confirming that you are either the parent, legal guardian or nominated guardian of the teen or child for whom you are purchasing.

Ticket holders under the age of 18 can only enter the festival with the person who purchased their ticket i.e. their parent, legal guardian or nominated guardian who must be over the age of 25.
Anyone with a ticket under the age of 18 without being accompanied by the above will be denied entry.
There is a limit of no more than 3 under 18s per adult.

Which entrance should I use?

Follow the same colours on the road signs as on your vehicle pass.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Weekend campers can bring a reasonable amount of alcohol per person for your own personal consumption.

Please remember that glass is not allowed anywhere on site so please make sure to decant anything you are planning to bring into the campsites into plastic containers before you arrive. Bag checks will be in place on entrance to the entertainment areas.

An adult wristband is not enough to prove you are an adult, we will be operating and enforcing a strict Challenge 25 policy. If you can’t provide valid identification when asked by bar staff, you will be asked to leave the site and come back with your ID. So if you are lucky enough to look 25 or younger, please make sure that you bring an acceptable form of identification.

Valid forms of ID include:

  • An in date photographic driver’s license or provisional licence.

  • A valid passport (not a photocopy). Out of date passports will NOT be accepted.

  • A Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card (showing the PASS hologram).

As part of Camper Calling's commitment to eliminating unnecessary single-use plastic on site we have free water points around the site. Please bring a reusable/refillable plastic bottle with you. There will be canned water available to purchase.

Can I bring my own food?

You are welcome to bring your own food to Camper Calling although it'd be a shame to miss out on the fabulous selection of street food we will have at the show.

You can book activities online starting 15th July. We’ll have the link available here so be sure to bookmark this page!
